The Opportunity:
This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate commencement!
This opportunity is for a seasoned leader to play a key role in shaping and delivering the technology services that support the Department’s critical functions. As Operations Manager, you will lead a broad portfolio of ICT operations, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure and customer-focused services across infrastructure, applications, service management and digital platforms. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help drive innovation, operational excellence and continuous improvement, while creating an environment where teams can thrive and deliver meaningful outcomes for the organisation and the community it serves.
We are seeking a strategic and capable leader who can combine strong technical and operational expertise with excellent people leadership skills. Success in this role will come from your ability to lead high-performing teams, build productive stakeholder relationships and navigate complex business and technology environments with confidence. We're looking for someone who can influence across all levels of the organisation, provide clear direction through periods of change and bring a strong focus on continuous improvement and service delivery. Your ability to think strategically, make sound decisions and lead others toward shared outcomes will be key to your success in this role.
