This 12 month opportunity will support the implementation of a contemporary business planning and process management framework that guides how the Department prioritises work and allocates resources.

The Opportunity: 

This opportunity is available to commence immediately and will run until March 2027, with the possibility of extension. 

This role provides leadership in shaping how the Department plans, measures and delivers its work. Priorities include leading the refresh of the Department’s Outcomes Based Management framework and associated KPIs, and also supporting the integration and embedding of the new Strategic Intent across business activities, including through the Department’s business planning process. The role works collaboratively with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to improve alignment, performance reporting and decision making, while also overseeing targeted planning, analysis and improvement activities. Applicants should bring relevant experience in performance, planning or analytics and have highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
