The Opportunity:
We have a full time permanent opportunity available immediately.
Are you ready to contribute to a sustainable future for Western Australia? At DWER, we are committed to protecting and enhancing our environment and water resources. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance team and play a vital role in delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient financial services that support our mission.
In this role, you will provide essential support to the Manager Financial Administration and Senior Finance Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of corporate financial transactional services. Your responsibilities will include managing receivable systems, processing transactions, maintaining accurate customer and supplier information, and assisting with reconciliations and internal controls. You will also support corporate credit card administration and contribute to compliance with statutory and departmental requirements.
We are looking for someone who can deliver operational support, interpret information and apply established procedures, communicate effectively, and manage competing priorities while providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with the Financial Management Act 2006 and Technology One software will be highly regarded.

This pool will operate for a period of 12 months with vacancies being offered at part or full time on a permanent or fixed term contract basis with the possibility of extension or permanency. Pool applicants do not hold a right of review against appointment decisions made from the pool.
