The Opportunity:
This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate commencement!
The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Coordinator – Legal Services to join our Legal Services Branch in Joondalup. This Level 6 role is central to the smooth running of legal operations, providing high-level administrative, paralegal, project, and business support in a confidential and fast-paced environment. You’ll manage the Legal Case Management System, coordinate legal advice workflows, support in-house legal training, and ensure compliance with records and reporting standards.
You’ll work closely with the Director Legal Services and collaborate across the department and with external agencies, including the State Solicitor’s Office. Your ability to juggle priorities, drive business improvements, and deliver accurate legal support will be key to your success.
