Are you a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst looking to make a meaningful impact in the public sector? Our Information Services team is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us.
Information Services at the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) plays a key role in delivering innovative digital solutions that support DWER’s strategic goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs and challenges and identify opportunities by leveraging a range of business analysis tools and techniques and enabling technologies.
Your responsibilities will include capturing and analysing business processes and practises, recommending improvements and facilitating potential solutions in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. You will translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, to help drive consensus and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
To succeed, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, extensive experience in a similar role, ideally with a practical knowledge of Agile delivery techniques, and the ability to drive change through effective engagement and communication.
