About the Office of the Appeals Convenor
The Appeals Convenor provides advice to the Minister for Environment on various matters relating to appeals lodged under Part VII of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (EP Act). The primary function is the provision of a report which accompanies each appeal and informs the Minister’s decision.
